Varietas® staff members undergo specialized training, meet detailed requirements, and have applied for regular certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). The Certified Dementia Practitioner® (CDP®) program recognizes the need for standards in the area of Alzheimer's and dementia education and helps to improve the services provided by healthcare professionals and frontline staff.
