Our Featured Employee of the Month is Shilpa Denny from Traditions at North Willow!
Shilpa is the Activity Director at Traditions at North Willow and has beenwith the team since July 2025.
Shilpa was born in India and grew up in Seattle, Washington. Shilpa loves keeping the residents at Traditions at North Willow active and happy. “The best part of my day is spreading joy to our residents,” she said. Nicknamed “Sunshine,” Shilpa is an important and beloved member of the Traditions at North Willow family.
